Processing Time: All orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

  

- Shipping Charges: We offer free standard shipping on orders above 999/- within India. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of 80/- applies. 

 

- Delivery Time: 

  - Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days.

  - Express Delivery: 2 to 3 business days (additional charges may apply).

 

- Shipping Locations: We currently ship across India. If you're located outside India, please reach out to us at pankhuree.in@gmail.com for more information on international shipping options.

 

- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

 

2. Return Policy

We hope you love your new short kurtis and traditional tops from Pankhuree.in. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy:

 

- Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery. Products must be in unused, unwashed condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

 

- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  - Discounted or sale items.

  - Custom or personalized orders.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund process:

 

- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

 

- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (e.g., if the product is returned with missing tags or signs of wear).

 

- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at pankhuree.in@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
